What is codedasset?

Codedasset is a community of owner that have come together to secure their asset, the platform is funded by donation.

How does it work?

You sign up with your email and profile your asset for free, to register an asset you pick the brand and the model number then you fill in the remaining required details about the asset and attach the picture of the asset then click submit. Once the details are submitted the information cannot be use for another asset again for the next 99 years.

What to do when your asset is stolen.

Log in to your account and click edit on the asset profile of the stone asset, go to status and change it from normal to stolen before you click submits enter further details on the asset more info, details like phone number or other means for them to reach you once the asset is found, you can also enter information about how the asset was stolen or if the case have be reported to the police.

Change of ownership.

You can change the ownership of an asset when you are ready to let it go, to do that click edit on the profile of the asset you want to transfer, enter the recipient details then click transfer, please note that once the asset is transfer the asset is no longer yours and it would not be on your asset list.
